I've designed a stage based on Andy Brown's taking down an active shooter

The shooter starts straddling a bike. At the buzzer they dismount, drop the bike, and fire at least 4 shots (like Andy did) at a single IDPA target at 70
yards, standing, kneeling, or prone.
Yes, the target is twice as far as referenced by the IDPA rule book. I know that. It's a local match and I'm taking some liberties.
My question is this. I'm thinking of a) scoring only the two best hits (to match Andy's two hits on the shooter) and b) not assessing FTN's due to
the large distance. Do these tweaks seem like a good idea?
Your thoughts? If you want to just +#%@* that I'm not following the rule book to the letter, don't bother posting.
