I know this is going to cause some problems but here goes. I have been to two different defensive gun training schools both teaching the Weaver Stance and I have noticed that on television and at the two IDPA matches I attended everyone shoots Isosceles Stance. Is anyone out there shooting IDPA Isosceles Stance, and there other training in the Weaver Stance? I am thinking of someone in law enforcement or former military that may have ran into this problem. The other problem I am running into is that I am left eye dominate and I have notice that if I tilt my pistol to the left to my left eye I shoot more accurately in the Weaver but if I use my right eye with the gun vertical position I am very inconsistent. I just discover this yesterday. I would love any suggestions or opinions.
