Posts: 671 (04/11/09 19:46:58) Reply Quote More My Recent Posts Message Me Connection Blocking Invite Ignore User's Posts Report Post	Tags : None A shooter is firing around the right side of cover at 3 targets. a) he fires at the middle then left target, never fires at the right target. b) he fires at the middle, left, then right target. In both cases the shooter was exposed to the right target when he was firing at the center target (not using cover). How many PE's are assessed? Thanks, Koski

This is consistent with the rulebook page 15 (PP 1 B) "Only one (1) PE is assessed for each type of infraction in a string of fire".

That's what I had assumed, but a brand new bunch of IDPA shooters asked why not two procedurals, one for not shooting in tactical priority, and one for not using cover. Koski

Slicing the pie/tactical priority around cover is one thing in my book as well. If he were shooting over the top of low cover and he stood up or didn't kneel, and still shot them out of order, then it would be 2 PE's Drew Bingaman A23026 KSA IDPA
