You're probably going to have to wait until it's officially announced.

The match hotel has not yet been selected. Robert Ray was recently given a list of hotels to check out for the match hotel. We look forward to seeing many of
you there.

Bones,
This should be your year. Just remember that a Jobu match is wheelie friendly. But you must find you own secret scent. I should know, I have two wins at Jobu's state matches. Ron( co-founder of FOG). |

Robert is still finalizing a match hotel, we were talking about this at the OK state match. It will likely be on the app due out in the next TJ.

2 scoresheets ? | ||
|
I'll probably call about this Monday, but I thought maybe you experienced guys would know...
I noticed the Entry Form requires copies of 2 scoresheets showing the entrant shot 2 sanctioned matches between 6/1/08 and 6/1/09. While I did shoot 2 sanctioned matches in that time period (Texas State Match 6/08 -and Louisiana State Match 3/09), the problem is I don't have my scoresheets. Frankly, I don't really think I belong at the Nationals -so I really didn't plan to enter. But with this requirement I guess its a done deal. About the only proof that I shot those matches would be the websites for the host ranges that do indeed show my score. Could that be used as proof ??? My only other question is whether the Nationals will stay in Tulsa for a few years ? Is that the norm for IDPA ? Thanks... |

Thanks, that's one issue off the table -so I guess I'm back in the "thinking about going" catagory |

i was wondering about the sheets also...luckily i kept my yellow copies from all my sanctioned matches...guess i will just make copies of those and send them
in...was afraid they wouldnt accept the website score listings as proof...

Yea I've still got the yellow score sheets from the March Louisiana match, but not the 2008 TX match (its been almost a year now since I shot that match
-and it was only my 4rth IDPA match of any kind
As for the website spreadsheets -they may actually trust those more than a wad of yellow scoresheets |

I have been to 4 IDPA national mathces this will be number 5. I have always used the printouts from the web without any problems or questions.

Match score printouts will be fine | ||

It is ok to send us printed match results. Please make sure that the match name and date are on the page with your name though. If its not on there, well will
not accept it. Please take a moment to highlight your name if you are sending in the match results. If it is not highlighted, you may get move to the bottom of
the pile.

IDPA HQ "This soldier, I realized, must have had friends at home and in his regiment; yet he lay there deserted by all except his dog. I looked on, unmoved, at battles which decided the future of nations. Tearless, I had given orders which brought death to thousands. Yet here I was stirred, profoundly stirred, stirred to tears. And by what? By the grief of one dog." ~Napoleon Bonaparte, on finding a dog beside the body of his dead master, licking his face and howling, on a moonlit field after a battle. Napoleon was haunted by this scene until his own death. |

Howdy,
Just sent in my application to SO at the Nats, with match results from the website appropriately highlighted. I hope to see the usual suspects there again this year. Ken Reed |

Clue me in here guys, when do you hear something (one way or the other) on your entry for the Nationals. I realize they have a limit on the number of
shooters allowed in the match, and I'm guessing everyone swamps HQ with the entries in those first few days after 6/1. But I just wondered how you find
out if you made the cut -without pestering HQ at a time they're already busy.
Do they publish a list or mail out a confirmation or denial ??? |

Howdy,
In the past two years I have learned of my admittance by an email from HQ regarding SO business. I don't know how it is done for other shooters.... sorry. Ken Reed PS: You have been around now since January, can you please start signing every post with your real name? Or if you forget, you can put it into your signature line. Thank you! |
