There are not foot fault lines, but lines or indicaters are used to allow SO's to quickly and accurately define areas of concern.

Your example of the Classifier is an excellent example. The CoF states that a shooter must not advance closer than a specific distance. Without a line, how could an SO fairly evaluate if a shooter did not correctly shoot the CoF?

At several major matches, where two walls are connected at an unusual angle making the use of cover stop much shorter than one might normally stop to use cover, SO's have not only pointed out that the shooter must stop farther back, but often have a visual aid to assist that the correct call is made.

In both cases, one would get procedurals NOT FOR foot faults, but in the Classifier would get a PE for shooting closer than the allowed distance per the CoF and in the second, a PE would be assessed NOT for a foot fault, but for not using cover properly.
