Semi-auto barrels are measure from the breach face to the longest point on the muzzle end of the barrel with action closed. Revolver are measured in a simlar maner but from the face of the cylinder to the further point on the muzzle end of the barrel (cylinder may be turned to facilitate puting the caliper depth rod on cylinder face). Measurements will be made to the third decimal point then round off to the second decimal point using standar rounding rules. (ie 4.105 = 4.11 and 4.104 = 4.10) Barrel must be 4.10 or less. Don't you just love it when the smuggly presented examples are wrong?

Keeping a list up to date as new guns are released would be a total pain. I think the box works fine for the other divisions, and there is no reason it won't work for CCP.With that being said, it needs to be a smaller box (or an insert into the standard box). In my opinion, just making it thinner is not enough of a difference. Calling a gun that is 8-3/4 inches long and 6 inches high "compact" is ludicrous, no matter how thin it is.There should also be a decrease in both length and height. How about 7-3/8 x 5-3/8 x 1-3/8 ?
