That bike is a 2006 R1200RT and while I was still working, I was getting about 10,000 miles a year.  Once I retired, the yearly mileage more than doubled and the miles just added up nicely.

Four runs to Sturgis, the NRA Whittington Center (New Mexico) and some friends in Wyoming "may" have had something to do with all those miles.
