But, if you weren't at the Nationals and didn't see those SOs perform, how can you denegrate their performance?
I have to say, The rant about the percentage of DQ's is lacking in knowledge.
At the cup there were at least 7 DQ's on one stage. The 180 degree plus Muzzle Safe Points were clearly defined. I was an SO on the stage standing a full 45 degrees behind the MSP. Have you ever been muzzled? When it happens your heart drops a beat. The 7 plus Shooters that were DQed hugged cover and then pointed the firearm at least 45 degrees past the MSP. That is not bad stage design, that is poor muzzle control.
Cody, I have to say, you cannot jump on the percentage bandwagon as a way to denigrate stages. I do not mean to insult you by comparing you to a Certain A55 clown, but if you look at this from the perspective of the comment, " I don't know all the facts, but the Police acted stupidly," you may rethink your initial misgivings concerning the Nats. and also the cup. Shooters brains do sometimes fall out of their tactical vest. I have seen DQ's happen on a classifier. Stages can be bad, but more often than not a shooter can suffer severe brain flatulence.
