I think there should be zero tolerance regarding safety. With that in mind, I will say this, as a lefty shooter I see many (Did I say many) stages in which the shooter is required to open a door, push a button etc and the props are set up for a right hand shooter which means I have to reach across my body with my right hand and ensure that I dont sweep this hand while drawing. In my experience, it is situations like these that lead to DQ's.

I would be curious to see a break down of the "Sweeping" DQ's and see if there was a common denomiator, such as lefty or righty shooters.

Its important to remember this when designing stages. If I am more likely to sweep myself becasue I am a lefty, the stage is unfair and needs to be reworked.  I know stages will never be the same for lefties or righties, but it CAN be as safe, and should be.

This problem is not exclusive to left handed shooters. It should be fair across the board..

My two cents.
