Brian,
Thank you. Apparently one person's position was understood, but not how it all worked. If how the process worked was asked and answered it did not make it into this thread. Hence, my comment that no one called about how.

I fully understand that people were affected by an honest mistake. I understand y'all have never made a mistake, but I have and therefore I have some empathy. HQ has has already written about the mistake of not announcing the cutoff date. HQ followed their own process, which was flawed. I know they feel bad about it, but it is done.

I feel bad and have always felt bad for those that were affected... up to a point. I don't feel bad for the guy that wasn't even submitting an application and was just stirring the pot. The point where I stop feeling bad is when they start making bad assumptions and then reacting to those assumptions in public with inuendo and accusations of unfairness, favortism, and hidden agendas. When someone resorts to that, I quit feeling bad for them.

Here is the part you fail to acknowledge. No matter what happens, it is assumed that there is some hidden agenda, hidden process, or hidden conspiracy, and that is the only thing that is ever discussed. No one gives a benefit of the doubt, only accusations. It was the same sh1t last year, and no mistakes were made last year. Everyone that submitted an application last year got in. Yet thousands of words of pure sh1t were written then as now.

I wonder why some people even shoot IDPA, they have never had a kind word to say about it.... ever.
