350 rounds with the Wolf reduced power spring with no light hits has raised my initial skeptical feelings about such light springs. The stock spring made for a DA pull of a little over 12 pounds.  With the Wolf the pull is reduced to 8 pounds.  It feels so light that I used a shim between the spring and strain screw for the first match with it which brought the pull up to about 10 pounds. I've since found that the shim is unnecessary if I use soft Federal LP primers.  It won't begin to light off the Winchester primers I have on hand, but looks to be completely reliable with the Federals.

My accuracy has improved with the lighter pull.  It's a measurable improvement because I have scores before and after going with the reduced power spring.  I need to shoot a few more matches to be sure how much, but I did have my best match ever using that reduced power spring.  It's the longer and tighter shots where the better trigger control shines.  I can actually see my front sight rise at the shot whereas with the stock spring I was gritting my teeth and straining so hard I was lucky to just see a front sight for parts of the trigger pull.  If I ever get misfires with the reduced power spring then all bets are off and I go back to the stock spring, but I'm thinking it will continue to be reliable with Federal primed ammo. So for what ever it's worth I hereby enforce Wolf reduced power springs (not the rebound springs though..don't like them).
