Thanks for the coordinates. I hope not to be lost this year. Got some time to figure out the new GPS, and load it with info. I mostly got it for the Harley, since unfolding maps don't work that well at speed. But it will be in my luggage for the Nats too.

I can relate, Ken.

Travel from the left coast invariably results in arriving at a strange airport after dark, and getting shoveled into a rental of some unfamiliar make.  Thence trying to find my way in the dark to a hotel in a town I've never been in before.

I remember one match where I had at least made some direction notes for myself - highway crossroad should be at X miles - but the darling rental car's display just wanted to warn me that a tire pressure sensor wasn't working.  And driving in the dark, I didn't have the persistence to figure out which magic button combination would tell it to revert to a simple odometer.
