I'm using a HiViz F/O front sight on my 686 SSR. My 625 should arrive this week, so I'm withholding my comments of the gold bead front sight until I've used it.

As for the edge of the trigger . . . I spent some time smoothing the raw machined edges on my Springfield 1911 using a regular orbital sander and 180 aluminum oxide paper. I used the same technique to tame the ultra aggressive front strap checkering on the SA.

Since it's a bit difficult to manuver an orbital sander in a trigger guard, I'm guessing the 625's trigger will get smoothed with the Dremel.

The Dremel and/or sander will also take off the square edges of the grips and remove material as needed for ease of reloading.
