I also shot the first Triple Crown match in Frostproof, Florida yesterday. It was a fun match and run very well. Great credit goes to the organizers and the SO's that helped out. I did not find a single stage where the SO's were not friendly, supportive and having a good time.

As Duane says above, a few minor hickups. This is expected in any new match. I am sure the October match will clean these up as well as be a bit cooler. Boy, was it HOT!

The range is a great location and is very accessible to many Florida shooters. The 30 bays they provide let you run the match rapidly. Boy, was it HOT!

I undertand the delay mentioned was for an international team that was grouped into a squad. The need for a translator made things slower for this team to make sure safety and stage rules were well understood. I didn't think it a big deal and I heard Toni say they will plan for this for the future events.

I am very happy with the match and plan to attend the next two Triple Crowns in October and December. The cooler weather will be a plus because, boy was it HOT! :-) Despite the heat, it was a beautiful day. Amazingly, no bugs or skeeters. Lunch was real good. Cold water at every station and a golf cart roaming around all day with Gatorade, snacks, etc..

Honey Bunny and RickL did a great job. Toni was everywhere all day with his handheld radio and his hotrodded ATV (red, of course). Thanks and contratulations to them for a fun match.
