As one of the beta testers, I'd like to comment. Jane's package, tentatively named "Score 1" is very easy to use. I've used the Berryville offering, various Excel spreadsheets and looked at a couple other data base programs. Score 1 is by far the easiest to use package that I've encountered. It generates nicely formated paper and HTML reports, prints mailing labels, creates an e-mail distribution list, tracks high senior, high lady, high law enforcement, etc. It tracks guns used. It has a ton of features.

For major matches, the program will track meal tickets, T-shirt and hat orders. It is network aware so that a group of laptops can be used to enter scores for large matches. In the case of classifier matches, the program will "promote" any shooters who score better than their current classification.

The tutorial is very thourough, the program will install a copy of the LGB on your computer for reference if you want. To me, the big feature is the ease of data entry. Jane is the scorekeeper for her club, and created Score 1 to make that job easier. She's done a great job. I'm waiting for the official release.
