Giggling profusely.

Then there are the people that could tear up an anvil with a rubber mallet and it doesn't matter if I work on it or not, all I have to do is start shooting it......... Three Glocks in less than 1 yr Two for repairs that have to be done by the factory :eek

Seriously I think many people make a big deal out of home gunsmiths but honestly I have seen just as many (1911s anyway) that have come from the factory with loose extractors etc AND come from the smith or custom house with problems and had to go back

I have diagnosed and or fixed quite a few that had problems for people in AR that left custom shops when they shouldn't have. You know $1500+++++ dollar guns.
Mags not falling because the trigger stirrup was not fitted,
Disconnectors not fit correctly and sticking into the magwell UH OH..... Thumb safeties not correctly fitted that drop the hammer when disengaged, hammer follow, Safeties that fall out, grip safeties that don't work and are supposed to (a good thing in my book) etc

Its one thing for me or someone else to FUBAR a mod, but to pay through the nose for a gun that a Kitchen Table smith has to fix or diagnose REGARDLESS the problem is ridiculous.

Oh and I think the ammo failure % is at least 75%
