The advice above is excellent. One thing that I have seen done that really smoothed the road for a new club is to contact other clubs in the area, introduce yourself, and ask if any of their established SOs would be willing to come over one day and run an inagural match for your new SOs. The SO class is great, but it still takes some time with the timer& score sheets before your people will be comfortable with it. This doesn't just apply to rules, but to actually running a squad and a match. If you can tap into veteran help for your initial matches things can go a lot smoother. Tom Yost (a heckuva nice guy and excellent shooter) may be able to help you get some veteran SOs to help.
