Hi all,

We "t-shirt" all our threats on Leagues sometimes even on club shoots, what happened is that our shooters started becoming used to a "t" being a threat and a painted cardboard target being no-shoots!

one stage, held in a "kill-house", we put t's on all targets and pinned cardboard "hands" to different targets just before each shooter!

The number of HONT's recorded for that stage, was 3 times higher than a normal stage!

also another "trick" to break shooters from "game" mindset was to place threat targets in over-watch positions, what i mean is that the walk-through shows 3 tgts in room 1, 3 in room 2, 3 in room 3, what you don't realise is that the tgts in room 3 can see you (cover call) while you are engaging targets in room 2!

Half of our shooters (me included) listened to the briefing and shot the stage room1 - 2 - 3; and of course received a cover PE! talk about a wake-up call! also was a good demonstration of "tunnel-vision"
