It really does Bill, but this has been done before. In the TSA "Street Gun Nationals" (Surry, VA) a few years back both stages that I ran were full of that. There were some disappointed shooters from whacking the non-threats. In TSA the penalty is PER HIT not just one penalty per non-threat that gets shot like in IDPA. The people that took their time and focused fared well. You wouldn't just blast away if it were for real anyway right?
