If you feel you weren't treated well, the best course of action is to write them a letter. Offer constructive criticism along with some positive feedback if you can. It helps to tell them what they did right along with what they could have done better. If you don't get the feedback you feel you need, then vote with your feet. You should give them a chance to iron things out first though.

Posting nothing but negatives on a forum before working it out with the match officials feels like piling on and driving match entrants away. Then there's a rift created between staff and volunteers which is hard to overcome. IDPA is a volunteer driven sport. We all have a duty to establish what it takes to keep volunteers working in a positive way, along with making paid entrants satisfied. Without happy volunteers the sport dies. Please help to ensure that doesn't happen. JMO, YMMV
