I had a Sig P239. It was a great reliable gun but it went by by when I got active in IDPA. It was DA/SA. I tried fast double taps when close & thumb cocking if the first shot was a long one. To confusing to develop instinctive gun handling, for me. Replaced it with a Glock 34 for consistent trigger pull & longer sight radius. I know shooters that run a DA/SA just fine, but I have too much other stuff to concentrate on. I want the trigger to be the same for every shot. Just me of course.
