Compare  rule 4.14 in the current rule book with the new rule book.

Current rule book says, "A Hit on a Non-Threat (HNT) adds 5 seconds to the shooter's score, no matter how many hits are made on a single target".

New rule book says, "Each hit on a Non-Threat adds 5 seconds to the shooter's score".

There is no further clarification, so it seems that the cost  for Non-Threat hits is now very expensive.

Am I missing something or do you think this is intentional?
I believe it was intentional.
HNT should be expensive.
