I suppose the excitement of these stages will end when someone inadvertently pops a cap into someone's expensive Polaris or Pick Up.

They do fly in the face of how Vickers... er I mean "unlimited" scoring works (Gawd I hate that). Get enough time lost to moving downrange and the time loss to the points down won't matter as much.

For example, I saw a stage where the shooter drove the golf cart over something like 100 plus yards. The driving speed will matter more than the points down once the distance gets long enough. 5 or 6 -3 hits will be negated by going full throttle vs going at a conservative speed and getting the hits. That's the flaw in it, that given the right course, you can miss fast enough to win.  It's really no different than some USPSA field courses in that respect. 

Not so bad when there is a constant travel time for all the shooters. Pretty much a par time at that point.
