This video has been debated on another list I'm on. There is quite a bit of controversy around Tactical
Response. See http://yeagerisscum.tripod.com/ to get an idea about the controversy.

The Tactical Response guys do that type of thing all the time. I figure that Darwin will sort them out. |

Darwin and economics will sort them out. First time someone sues the pants of everyone for taking a bullet to the belly, the gig is up. Judge/jury will see
negligence and find in favor of the plaintiff, everyone will declare bankruptcy and the rats will flee the ship.

I see nothing wrong with it. If I know you and trust you, I would stand downrange too.

I may trust that you're the best shot in the world, but I certainly don't trust Mr Murphy not to push you over and cause you to ND into me. Thanks, but
I'll send Private Tripod out into harms way instead.

Not to mention, Jose, that rock that's lurking just below the surface and on the right angle to send a large fragment into your kidney. Some call it Mr.
Murphy, but more likely STUPID IS AS STUPID DOES.

In a life-death situation, I'd let (and perhaps even want) a competent marksman to fire a round near me to solve a problem. The situation would warrant the
risk.
To risk death like that during training is extremely foolish. Koski Still thinking... In the old days, the great marksmen used to shoot things out of a prop-holders' hands, teeth, off their head, etc. But Murphy catches up with great marksmen too, eventually. Now you don't see it. Guess why: Accidents happen.

I have heard of worse than this up here with the tacticool crowd. There is no shortage of gentically inferior gene collections on either side of the border.
How about laying down on the floor and have someone draw and fire his pistol over top of you in a dark room! Better yet having someone stand beside a target
to get the feel for bullets whizzing over their head. Now man that is cool.....not. Darwin lives.

They sure dont practice a 180 rule. The bad part is all of us will be linked with these morons when the inevitable happens. You just cant cure stupid.

One of our local shooters and a soldier at Camp Swampy (who shall remain nameless) admits to taking training from this organization and got quite defensive
when I posted this video on another site. He thinks that Tactical Response is the bees knees.

Why should he be defensive? If he's a big fan, he should be proud of their antics.

I imagine he's defensive because he knows right from wrong, IOW what's safe gun handling and what's just plain reckless.

Imagine a camera man squatting next to a target, while a huge line of folks fire guns at targets straight ahead of them from a distance of about 5-7 yards. At
the end one guy does a Charlie's Angels pose with his gun next to his face and turns back and forth.
