			<description><![CDATA[ Hi.  I&#39;m new here and relatively new to IDPA.  I&#39;ve been shooting most of my life, both recreationally and professionally.  I currently shoot a stock
Glock 22, and Glock 34 for IDPA, but my big hands give me very bad slide bite.  I&#39;m thinking about buying a CZ Shadow to shoot in ESP.  The last I read
(2005 IDPA rules), the max weight for ESP is 43 ounces.  Right?  And according to the CZ website, the Shadow is 2.6 pounds (or approx. 41 ounces).  I also

My problem is that I recently sent to Springer for a trigger job. They called and suggested stippling on the grip, which I agreed to without checking the rule
book.  Of course stippling is illegal in SSP.  My only option appears to be ESP.

			<description><![CDATA[ After reading the rule book I was looking for an option of there than CDP that would allow my .45acp 1911 (Taurus 5&quot;) to compete using the 10 round
magazines. It appears that I will fit into ESP with the Taurus where I&#39;ve been in CDP with my Kimber (3&quot; so only 8 round max). Am I missing any key
factors that would keep me from competing in ESP? Is ESP going to end up over my head because of the ability for others to customize more?

suck.  I also own an M&amp;P 9mm  which I could use in SSP but it is standard size.  Within the next month I am going to get some training.  The reason I did
not use the M&amp;P was because I was waiting for mag pouch part but I purchase the XD just for IDPA but at the time of purchase I did not know you can only

setting the round to the rear of the mag. Anybody have any experience with these? (The owner is having problems with the bullet nose diving into the feed ramp
from a slide lock reload.) We are hoping this mag will alleviate this problem.

that have tried both. We don&#39;t have a dealer local and I don&#39;t know of anyone local using one. I prefer a short trigger in a 1911 so would do same with
the 2011. The width of th 21SF and a 1911 cause me to shift my grip for magazine changes so I&#39;ve learned to live with this handicap. ]]></description>

given PF loadings.

In ESP - per the Rulebook, extended safeties for Beavertail and ambi safeties, and extended mag release buttons (to a certain length) are permitted.

I&#39;m not seeing anything mentioned about extended slide releases.  With my small paws, the ability to release the slide is nil without one on the Hi-Power.

			<description><![CDATA[ I am about to order a Wilson 1911 and am torn between 9mm and 38 super.  I am leaning toward the 9mm since 38 would require reloading match and practice ammo
since 38 super factory stuff is usually really hot.  I could run cheap 9&#39;s for practice and club matches and save time sitting behind the press.
