			<description><![CDATA[ <p>Is it proper to first grab a full mag from your belt and bring it up to the weapon, release empty mag into palm and insert full mag all in one motion, or
can you release the empty mag before going for the full mag , then as your hand drops down to belt line you drop the empty into your front pocket or waistband
then grab full mag from carrier? Just want to know the correct way to do this. I haven&#39;t been to a match yet, so I would appreciate the help.</p>

			<description><![CDATA[ my wife is set to take her concealed class in a week or so.  we went out and shot everything from a .380 to my G30.  she has decided on a 40...most likely a
G23.  After she shot her fathers G19, i noticed she was dragging the muzzle down after staging the trigger, obviously due to the stiffness of the trigger.
